It has always been one of the most important factors for economists to identify the relationship between foreign investment and domestic market attractiveness. Therefore, identifying the factors affecting the investment attractiveness and market attractiveness of these areas can have a direct impact on the volume and volume of trade in the country. This issue has been the main reason for doing this research and trying to identify and present the pattern of factors affecting the attractiveness of Free market investment in Iran. In this applied study, a sequential mixed approach has been attempted to formulate an initial model by examining the literature on the basis of the data theory based approach of Free zone Market Attraction Factors. Then, by presenting this conceptual framework to the experts and using in-depth interviews, their expert opinions on the pattern of investment attraction factors in the Free zones market of Iran were extracted. In the quantitative part, the results obtained from the experts were evaluated with the opinions of executive managers, experienced people and Owners of industries in Anzali Free zone in order to elaborate the relationship between dimensions, to design the model of “ Investment Attraction Factors” . Finally, the indicators of "demand", "competitiveness", "business convenience", "investment attractiveness" and "purchasing experience" were identified as the most important factors in the attractiveness of the Free zoneof Iran (Anzali region), which based on these indicators, solutions were proposed to improve the attractiveness of the Anzali Free zone Investment Market.

This study aimed to identify and introduce Free zone models worldwide. By systematically reviewing the literature and examining articles published in domestic and foreign databases; the components, elements and features of Free zones were identified and classified into three elements: legal frameworks, incentives and infrastructure. The legal framework comprises a clear and coherent set of laws and regulations governing economic activities in the zone. Incentives refere to tax and financial benefits provided to attract investment and business in Free zones. Infrastructure provides the necessary facilities and utilities for the effective operation of companies. The interaction between these components is very important for the success of Free zones and the integration and balance between these three components must be ensured. If there are failures in, or incomplete or inadequate infrastructure, the effectiveness of a Free zone - even one with a strong legal framework and attractive incentives – decreases, and vice versa. By providing the essential knowledge and information about Free zones, this article provides the necessary insight to distinguish Free zones from other economic zones and assess their feasibility for a country. It also, by identifying and introducing the core components of a Free zone, enabling ongoing evaluations and the improvement of zone performance.

Identification of the factors that affect sustainable industrial development and the analysis of the dynamic interaction of these factors over time can be used to help understand the behavior of ecosystem in response to industrial policies. This would lead to the implementation of sustainable industrial development. This study aims at providing a causal model for sustainable industrial development using Meta-synthesis and system dynamics approach. At first, a literature review was designed to provide an overview of related research. Afterwards, using Meta-synthesis approach, the variables associated with sustainable industrial development were identified. The Critical Appraisal Skills Programme method was used to evaluate the quality and findings validity. For approving the accuracy of the variables, opinions of experts were referred and reviewed. To assess reliability, and the kappa (κ ) statistic was used in SPSS. Then, 64 selected research were reviewed. The findings show 44 codes in 15 dimensions and 3 categories. These categories are economic development, social welfare and environmental protection. Finally, the results helped to obtain a causal model of sustainable industrial development. The findings can also provide an appropriate framework for correcting mangers and policy maker’ s mental models. These finding can also help all correspondents to choose appropriate industrial development policies.

Considering that tourism development is subject to feasibility under the preconditions, this research seeks to identify the influential factors on the development of tourism in the Aras Free zone. The research method in this study is applied with a descriptive-analytical nature. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers, officials, urban experts and academic elites of Aras Free zone, and the sample size is estimated to be 340 people based on the modified Cochran model. To analyze the research data, the least squares model was used in Warp-PLS software. The results of the research show that among the proponents of the study, the most influential are economic (EC), Management (MA). Marketing and Advertising (MAA) and Education (ED). The coefficients were extracted according to the structural model of the research for each of them: 0. 67, 0. 59, 0. 51 and 0. 48 respectively. On the other hand, the effect of these proponents on the two dimensions of tourism development, namely, economic and physical (EP), and political, social and cultural (PSC), has been measured. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between the drivers and components of tourism development at the 95% confidence level has it.

One of the main factors of economic growth and development is social capital. Capital that underlies the cultural, economic, political development of a city and even a country. This study was conducted with the aim of drawing a social capital model to achieve the goals of economic development of Free zones,The research method is qualitative and using data theory,Data collection technique is in-depth interview and sampling method is purposeful sampling which has continued until the stage of theoretical saturation of data collection. The statistical population of the study is the current and former experts of Aras region, from which 15 people were selected as key informants and interviewed. The results indicate that among the effective intervening conditions in the economic development of Aras Free zone based on social capital, we can mention such things as social and cultural factors, political and governmental factors, and educational and information programs., Strategies related to social capital that are important in the economic development of Aras Free zone from the respondents' point of view are: trust building, education and awareness, networking and expansion of social relations and civic participation, with strategic oversight as an important and effective category. In this context,In examining the consequences of economic development of the Free zone, considering the role of social capital, the respondents have mentioned issues such as increasing domestic production, increasing employment and increasing domestic capacity with emphasis on human resources. Finally, in the study of effective strategies, attention to the category of political and governmental factors has been proposed as an effective strategy in the economic development of the Aras Free zone.

Aras commercial and industrial Free zone began to work from 2004 in the border city of in Jolfa East Azerbaijan. Free zone organization has defined many aims to work in the domains of commerce and industry. Study and detection of environmental potentials are main role in development planning. We tried it is tried to evaluate the climate tourism characteristics. Climatic data were obtained for 1985 to 2005 from Jolfa synoptic station and used for calculation of tourism climate index (TCI). Results of study on the basis of TCI showed that 9 months of the year from April to October have favorable conditions to excellent with respect to tourism activities. Months of December, January and February, have acceptable state in the zone. Also trend analysis of TCI variations for statistical period showed that April, June and October have positive and meaningful trends but in other months there are no meaningful trends.

The term “, Development”,as a multidimensional construct in sociology, is influenced by many stimuli and factors. Among these factors, in Iran, Free zones need a considerable attention. In the development process, by proper application of Free zones, an endogenous economy can become an exogenous economy with a more effective role in the international arenas of economy and trade. Free trade zones are important keywords in the economic and commercial literature. Although in the beginning it seems that their main concepts are about commerce, but it should be noted that they are not limited to the economic and commercial fields because they can have deep social and cultural influences. Since so far no comprehensive study about the social impacts of Free zones has been carried out in Iran, the present study aims to identify various aspects of this phenomenon. For this purpose, 14 interviews with social issues experts has been conducted. Then, interviews has been analyzed by Thematic analysis method and 28 conceptual categories & 9 themes, including Social Solidarity, Social Justice, Social Ethics, Social Security, Quality of life, Economic Performance, Social Performance, Political Performance & Cultural Performance has been identified and presented in the form of a theoretical framework.

Economic development, as one of the key pillars for development in developing countries, must be pursued with firm determination. There are many components within the lands of countries to achieve economic development One of these components, considering some ports and cities, is the Free zone in order to facilitate lucrative trade for the country, border region and province concerned, and nationally and regionally in general. And even set some Free zones around the world for economic development. Although there are seven Free zones in Iran, the level of economic development within the country remains inadequate. Aras Free zone is one of those areas in the northwest of the country that can play an important role in developing economic relations as a bridge linking the Caucasus and Eastern Europe. The purpose of this article is to analyze the impact of Aras Free zone on economic development of the country. To achieve this goal, the paper is a descriptive-analytical research using library resources and websites. The results show that the Aras Free zone at local and national scale has had a better impact on Iran's economic development than the regional scale.

The idea of establishing a Weapons of Mass Destruction or Nuclear Weapon Free zone in the Middle East is not new; it dates back to 1970s. However, the security landscape of the Middle East today has compelled most analysts to look at the idea and the concept anew. This paper briefly explains the legal framework of general and complete nuclear disarmament, historical obstacles, and new hopes inspired by the new US president's approach to disarmament, and the pioneer role that the United States and Russia should play for the elimination of nuclear weapons. The paper suggests that establishment of a nuclear weapon Free zone is not only a constructive step in promoting nonproliferation, but also a measure, which if taken collectively, will create such political conditions in the world as a result of which nuclear-weapon states will find the idea of a world Free from nuclear weapons plausible.
